Personal Information Protection Policy

To ensure the safe purchase and usage of konox Co., Ltd. (hereby the Company) the following privacy policy has been established concerning the use of personal information and the Company will make efforts to maintain our operations in compliance with all relevant laws and ordinances.

  1. The company deeply recognizes the importance of personal information protection and will use personal information only within the scope necessary for the expressly stated purposes. Furthermore, necessary measures will be taken to prevent other uses of personal information that exceed the bounds of the stated purposes.
  2. Internal standards and accountability structures will be established, and reasonable and proper safety measures will be enacted to prevent unauthorized access, leakage or loss of personal information.
  3. Along with the establishment of an inquiry desk for consultation and complaints regarding the use of personal information, measures will be established to deal with requests and other inquiries for disclosure, and prompt response shall be given.
  4. The laws and regulations pertaining to the protection of personal information shall be observed.
  5. A personal information protection management system shall be established to protect personal information, and through continuous review and revision of the program, we will continuously work to the improvement of our personal information management.

Public Announcement in Accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

As part of Konox Co., Ltd.'s personal information protection initiatives, the following items are hereby publicly announced based on the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”. Further, the company's various services, etc. may deal with personal information protection in a manner not listed here, so please check carefully with all relevant notices.

    Inquiries by telephone will be accepted weekdays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM. (Closed weekends and holidays.)

    With respect to the will of the individual, the customer may choose to withhold their personal information, however in that case, proper service may not be received
    As a result of withholding personal information, the customer suffers any loss (including, but not limited to lost profits) or disadvantage, the Company shall not be responsible for any damages.

  6. Others

    That the Company may further improve its handling of personal information, or to respond to changes in the law or other regulations, Konox Co., Ltd. may, without notice, amend its Personal Information Protection Policy and Legal Entity Information Protection public announcements.
